You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Sale items or items purchased using a discount offer.
Personal items like undergarments, hijabs (if worn), or customized products.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
