Refund and Returns Policy

At rabeyafashionhouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Please keep your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount offer.

  • Personal items like undergarments, hijabs (if worn), or customized products.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
